“Internalised misogyny” is a thing made up by feminists to explain why not all women share the exact same opinions.

Internalized misogyny is a well known phenomenon in sociology that is highly studied and written about in sociological literature 

It does NOT mean “a woman who does not have the exact same opinions as me”

It DOES however mean “a woman who hold anti-woman views.” This happens because of cultural socialization, where young girls are raised their entire lives being told that girls and women are inferior.
