this guy is a serial groper and sexual harasser. One of my high school kids reported an incident similar to mine below about four weeks ago. I sent her this photo taken today (may 8, 1015) on the r train, and she said it was definitely the same man, and was pretty sure he had also done the same thing to her classmate on a separate occasion.

Here’s what happened:
I got on the R train at court street and he got up from one end of the car and moved over to sit next to me. I didn’t notice this, but the man I spoke to later said he saw it and was concerned and keeping an eye on things. Anyway, he commences gently nudging me with his elbow (which as a usual woman New Yorker, I tried to ignore), and then slides his hand under his arm and grabs my side very hard. (Eta he also kept asking me if I was “Spanish”) When I jumped, I look down and there on his phone screen is a nasty picture of his crooked tiny dick.
The gentleman who was watching got up and stood next to me while I took his photo. The groper bolted at the Barclays center stop.

I did the alleged “right thing” and went to the police upstairs to tell them and show them the photo, but the male cop simply said “it was just a picture”. I pointed out that he also grabbed my side very roughly, but he dismissed it and said “nothin we can do, how would we find this guy? Red alert?”

This is one of the bezillion reasons I do not trust the cops. There are signs on all the subways saying that leering, sexual harassment and inappropriate touching are illegal, but the cops don’t care. Not even if a minor is involved.

THIS MAN HAS DEFINITELY BEEN SEEN NOW AND HAS HARASSED AND GROPED WOMEN (one under 18) ON THE R TRAIN IN DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN AND ALSO THE 3 TRAIN NEAR RUTLAND ROAD STATION IN EAST NEW YORK AND FRANKLIN AVENUE STATIONS. PLEASE BE WARY AND STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS NASTY PINKUS DICK PICS. stay safe everyone and please reblog to warn nyc friends.
