Passion 4 Pits Rescue pulled her from a shelter to give her a chance, and they’re working to reconstruct her nose, sinus cavity, and legs. 

There is currently an online fundraiser to help pay for Khalessi’s very expensive treatments. She cannot be officially adopted until she’s made a full recovery. She is expected to regain the use of her legs.
